• How long is the subscription valid?
  The subscription validity period is 3 months from the date of purchase
• Can someone else use my subscription?
  Yes, of course, you can always give the opportunity to participate in the session to anyone else. In addition, we can always issue a paired subscription for you and your beloved ones (relative, friend, etc.)
• How to buy a voucher?
  You can buy a gift certificate online by yourself. Here is the link to the voucher's page. You can also come to the salon and buy a paper voucher there. We also offer a gift packaging.
• Is it possible to have the voucher delivered to your home?
  Unfortunately, we do not deliver our vouchers to the customer.
• Is it possible to indicate the amount in the voucher so that the recipient can choose a massage on his/her own choice?
  Yes, of course, you can specify in the voucher both: a service or set of services, as well as the amount within which the recipient of the voucher can choose a massage.
• Is it possible to use the voucher in other city than the one in which it has been purchased?
  Yes. By purchasing a voucher in the salon or on the website, you can use it in any IvRoxe salon throughout Poland.
