• What is the certificate's period of validity?
  The subscription validity period is 3 months from the date of purchase. In case of voucher expiration, its validity may be extended once for one month upon payment of 50 PLN.
• Can someone else use my subscription?
  Yes, of course, you can always give the opportunity to participate in the session to anyone else. In addition, we can always issue a paired subscription for you and your beloved ones (relative, friend, etc.)
• How to buy a voucher?
  You can choose the most convenient option for you: 1. Purchase an online certificate yourself on the Certificates page. 2. Visit a salon and buy a paper certificate on-site. We also offer beautiful gift wrapping. 3. Contact us via social media or by phone, and we will help you arrange an online certificate, explain all available options, and find the one that suits you best.
• Is it possible to have the voucher delivered to your home?
  Unfortunately, we do not deliver our vouchers to the customer.
• Is it possible to indicate the amount in the voucher so that the recipient can choose a massage on his/her own choice?
  Yes, of course! If you purchase a certificate directly through us (at the salon, by phone, or via social media), you can specify any amount you wish. If you purchase a certificate on the website, you can choose one of the fixed amounts: 200, 250, 300 PLN, etc. It is also possible to select a certificate for a specific service or a set of services.
• Is it possible to use the voucher in other city than the one in which it has been purchased?
  Yes, of course! When you purchase a certificate at a salon or on the website, you can use it at any IvRoxe salon across Poland. We have locations in Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków, Łódź, Gdańsk, and Poznań. If the price of the selected service differs in another city, you will simply need to pay the difference on-site.
• Can I get a refund for a certificate purchased on the website?
  In accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws and our internal regulations, you may withdraw from the contract and receive a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase on the website, without the need to provide any reason.
• Is it possible to pay for a gift certificate from another country?
  Yes, of course! You can purchase and pay for a certificate from any country. We use the Przelewy24 payment system, which supports payments with bank cards and accounts registered outside of Poland.
• What payment methods are available when purchasing a certificate in Poland?
  You can pay for the certificate using any convenient method: through all Polish banks, with Visa and Mastercard bank cards, or via BLIK. All payments are processed through the secure Przelewy24 system.
• Is it possible to make a bulk purchase or regularly order certificates for corporate purposes?
  Yes, of course! We are happy to work with corporate clients and offer favorable terms for bulk and regular orders. Write to us at info@ivroxe.com, and we will find the best solution for you!
• I purchased an electronic certificate, but I would like to receive a paper version as a gift. Is this possible?
  No problem! You can exchange your electronic certificate for a paper version free of charge at any nearby IvRoxe salon. An additional fee applies only if you wish to include gift wrapping.
