The treatment is performed exclusively by physiotherapists or massage technicians, ensuring safety and a professional approach.

A therapeutic massage is not more intense or painful than a preventative massage. The main difference is that therapeutic massage requires a more individualized approach, as it is a therapeutic procedure aimed primarily at addressing the cause of pain and muscle and soft tissue dysfunction, not just the symptoms. Furthermore, a therapeutic massage session includes micro-tension stimulation, which is not found in other types of massage.

Yes, of course. We have regular offers on packages. When you purchase a 10-session package, you can save between 300 and 1200 PLN, depending on the type of massage you choose. You can also split the package payment into two parts.

Yes. The package can be used by more than just the person who purchased it. Two people can be registered to the package and use the sessions interchangeably. This allows massages to be shared with partners, friends, or family members, for example. If you prefer, we can also create a package assigned to two specific people.

We only accept prepaid couples sessions and sessions longer than 90 minutes. You can pay 50% of the total cost of the service or a larger amount of your choice.

The prepayment is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment: less than 6 hours before your scheduled appointment, if your massage is scheduled for the same day after 3:00 PM; on the day of your appointment, if your appointment was scheduled for the morning before 2:00 PM.

If you cancel your appointment more than 6 business hours before (but less than 24 hours before), you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before, you will receive a 100% refund.

The subscription validity period is 3 months from the date of purchase. In case of voucher expiration, its validity may be extended once for one month upon payment of 50 PLN.

If the price of the selected service differs in another city, you will simply need to pay the difference on-site.
